Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and certified Master Electrician with a strong background in solar system installation. The successful candidate will oversee and execute the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. This role requires an individual who can lead a team, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and manage complex projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar PV systems, including electrical wiring, inverters, and other components.
• Design and plan electrical layouts for solar systems, ensuring compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes.
• Supervise and mentor a team of electricians and apprentices, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Conduct detailed inspections and quality assurance checks on installed systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and timelines.
• Ensure that all work is performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
• Oversee the permitting process and ensure all installations meet regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain detailed records of installations, inspections, and repairs.

Qualifications:

• Valid Master Electrician license.
